Receive written complaints from students regarding any kind of academic grievances.
Examine the genuineness of the complaint and suggest appropriate remedies.
Recommend modification of the grades if any through proper mechanism.
To maintain the dignity of the college by ensuring trouble free environment in the College by promoting cordial students student interaction and student-Staff interaction …etc.
To provide responsive, accountable and easily accessible machinery for settlement of grievances and to take measures in the college undertakings to ensure rapid and efficient settlement of grievances of students in order to maintain a friendly and peaceful educational environment in the institute.
